All our T shirts are made to order through our trusted print partner. This means every item is printed especially for you after you place your order. Because of this custom production process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection, or incorrect color choice.
Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order. If you are unsure about sizing, feel free to contact us before ordering.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we are here to help. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at: ritalave250@gmail.com

Clear photos of the item showing the issue
A short description of the problem
Once we review the issue and confirm the error, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you or issue a refund if a replacement is not possible.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please first check with neighbors or your local post office. If you still cannot locate it, contact us and we will assist you in opening a claim with the shipping carrier.
If a package is lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier, we will send a replacement when possible.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If the address provided is incorrect and the order is returned, we may require you to cover the cost of reshipping.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
